Material & Manufacturing Engineering
Equipment reliability is fundamentally defined by metallurgy and strict dimensional tolerance control. We publish our exact material specifications and machining standards for engineering evaluation.
Fluid End (Wet End) Metallurgy
Pump Manifold: Forged 316L Stainless Steel or Nickel-Aluminum Bronze (ASTM B148 C95800) to resist chloride stress corrosion cracking. No sand-cast components are utilized in high-pressure chambers.
Plungers: Solid ceramic (99.5% Alumina) with a precision ground surface finish (Ra ≤ 0.1 µm), minimizing friction and maximizing packing life.
Valves & Seats: Heat-treated precipitation hardening stainless steel (17-4PH), vacuum-hardened to HRC 55-58 to resist erosion from solid particles.
Power End (Drive End) Construction
Crankcase: High-strength cast iron (G25/GG25) featuring finite element analysis (FEA) optimized ribbing to eliminate housing deflection under cyclic loads.
Crankshaft: Forged alloy steel (42CrMo), induction-hardened journal surfaces, dynamically balanced to ISO 1940 Grade G2.5.
Connecting Rods: Ductile iron paired with high-tin aluminum alloy bearings to ensure optimal load distribution and thermal dissipation.
Application & System Integration
Engineered for demanding industrial environments where unscheduled downtime incurs significant operational losses.

Hydrodemolition & Surface Prep
Delivers continuous high-impact water jets for concrete removal and marine coating stripping.

Waterjet Cutting Systems
Maintains stable pressure pulsation below 2% to ensure clean, precise cuts on metal, glass, and composites.

Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
Provides stable, verifiable pressure holding for pipelines, valves, and pressure vessels during factory acceptance testing (FAT).

Industrial Parts Washing
Powers multi-stage automated cabinet washers for heavy engine blocks and precision castings.
Quality Control & Traceability
Every pump undergoes rigorous factory testing before dispatch. All test records and certifications are systematically archived.
Dimensional Inspection
100% CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) verification for all crankcase bore tolerances and manifold port locations.
Hydrostatic Pressure Test
Each fluid end is pressure-tested at 1.5 times the maximum working pressure for 30 minutes in compliance with API 674 guidelines.
Performance Run Test
A mandatory 2-hour full-load dyno test measuring flow stability, volumetric efficiency, vibration spectrum, and oil temperature stabilization.
Material Traceability
Mill test certificates (MTC, EN 10204 3.1) are provided for all pressure-retaining forged components.
Supplier Evaluation Guide for Buyers
When sourcing high-pressure pumps for OEM integration, engineering teams should verify the following structural controls:
Forging vs. Casting
Ensure the fluid manifold is forged, not cast, to prevent micro-porosity structural failures at pressures exceeding 700 bar.
Valve Retention Design
Check whether valve caps use threaded retainers with metal-to-metal sealing rather than standard elastomeric O-rings that extrude under cyclic high pressure.
Spare Parts Interchangeability
Confirm that dimensional tolerances of plungers and valves allow standard field replacement without requiring custom shimming.
