Water Supply Pump
Industrial Water Supply Pumps | End-Suction, Multistage & Split Case
Product Overview These centrifugal water supply pumps provide reliable fluid transfer for municipal water distribution, HVAC chilled/hot water loops, and industrial processing. Available in end-suction, vertical multistage, and double-suction configurations. Wetted components are configurable in Cast Iron (HT250), Stainless Steel (SS304/316), or Duplex Stainless Steel (2205) depending on fluid corrosivity and operating temperature.

Application Guide
Match the pump configuration to your exact application requirements:
Municipal Booster Stations
DS Series (Split Case). The double-suction impeller minimizes axial thrust, supporting continuous 24/7 operation at high flow rates.
HVAC Chilled/Hot Water Loops
ES Series (End-Suction). Close-coupled or bare-shaft configurations available. Fits standard baseplates.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) & Boiler Feed
VM Series (Vertical Multistage). Stainless steel 316 construction prevents fluid contamination. Handles high discharge pressures (up to 33 Bar) required for membrane filtration.
Manufacturing & Quality Assurance
Production metrics and testing protocols conducted at our facility:

Material Verification
Raw castings undergo optical emission spectrometry (OES) to confirm chemical composition before machining.

Machining
Volutes and impellers are machined using 5-axis CNC equipment, maintaining geometric tolerances of +/-0.01mm to ensure hydraulic efficiency.

Hydrostatic Testing
100% of pump casings are pressurized to 1.5 times the maximum working pressure for 10 minutes to verify zero leakage.

Performance Testing Lab
Closed-loop test bench compliant with ISO 9906:2012 Grade 2B. We measure flow, head, power consumption, and vibration. A certified test report is generated for every unit prior to dispatch.
Procurement & Logistics
Lead Time
15-21 days for standard Cast Iron/SS304 models. 35-45 days for customized Duplex Steel or high-voltage motor configurations.
Packaging
Seaworthy, fumigation-free ISPM-15 plywood crates. Bearings are greased, and flanges are capped to prevent moisture/debris ingress during transit.
Spare Parts
Mechanical seals, O-rings, and impellers are standard dimensions. Replacement kits ship within 48 hours globally.
