A special model designed for conveying corrosive media, the corrosion resistant centrifugal pump adopts corrosion-resistant materials to customize key components, combined with a special sealing structure, completely solving the problems of leakage and component corrosion of corrosive media. Its working principle is consistent with the basic model, but through material upgrading and flow channel optimization, the corrosion resistant centrifugal pump ensures stable operation in harsh media such as acid-base and salt solutions.

 

Structural Design and Key Performance

 

The core of the structure is the material adaptation of flow channel components: 316L stainless steel is used for conveying weakly corrosive media, fluoroplastic lining or Hastelloy is used for strongly corrosive media, and polytetrafluoroethylene or silicon carbide materials are used for seals to avoid medium erosion. The pump body of the corrosion resistant centrifugal pump adopts a large-opening flow channel design to reduce medium residue and clogging risks.
