Layout Feature Long-Shaft Under-Liquid Submerged Design
Adopting a special structure of external motor + long-shaft transmission + pump body under liquid, the motor is installed above the liquid level, and the under-liquid pump body is driven to operate through a long shaft. It not only retains the advantage of submerged operation of submersible sewage pumps but also avoids the motor directly contacting wastewater, adapting to deep under-liquid sewage discharge scenarios such as large sewage pools and reaction kettles. When the Underarm Submersible Sewage Pump works, the under-liquid pump body sucks in wastewater and discharges it through the water pipe near the long shaft. The motor and the pump body are connected through a rigid long shaft, with high transmission efficiency and strong stability.
Structural Design and Core Performance
Structurally, it adopts a stainless steel long shaft (corrosion-resistant), a graphite bushing (wear-resistant), the pump body is made of cast iron or stainless steel, and is equipped with a liquid level control device to realize automatic start and stop.
